Design of novel multiplexer circuits in QCA nanocomputing

Quantum-dot Cellular Automata (QCA) technology is a promising alternative nano-scale for CMOS technology. In digital circuits, multiplexer one of the most important components. this study, an efficient and single layer 2 to 1 QCA circuit proposed using majority gate inverter gate. addition, 4 8 circuits are implemented circuit. The developed in QCADesigner tool. According results, 1, utilize 16 (0.01?m2), 96 (0.11?m2), 286 (0.43?m2) cell (area). results demonstrate that reduces cost by about 25%- 99% compared existing circuits.
